COURSES & ENROLLMENT

All courses are subject to availability. AINautics University reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments are processed securely. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, materials, and curriculum are the exclusive property of AINautics, LLC and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AINautics University provides training and educational content only. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
